Privacy
Your editor text stays on your device. We do not sell your personal data.

Your text
Counting and formatting run locally. Editor text is not sent to servers, AI, analytics, or logs. Drafts and settings are saved locally, without device sync. Website drafts are separate from the extension’s shared popup and side-panel draft.
Clear removes current text; Undo may restore it. Clear site or extension storage to remove all local data. Signing out keeps drafts. Copy places text on your clipboard, which your device may retain or sync.
Accounts and feedback
Google and Supabase handle sign-in and store your account ID, email, and Google profile details. Session tokens stay in browser storage. Trial checks store your account ID and start/end dates, never editor text.
Submitted feedback stores your account ID, category, subject, message, and time for you and authorized administrators. Your editor text is not included. Emails you send are held by the owner and mailbox provider for follow-up.
Payment testing
Live payments are not available. Authorized test checkout sends your email and a purchase reference to Lemon Squeezy. Supabase stores account-linked checkout, customer, subscription, plan, date, status, refund, and event records to verify payments and avoid repeated processing. We do not store full card details or billing addresses. Test purchases do not grant paid access.
Providers and retention
ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare host the website. Providers may process IP addresses, browser details, and data outside your country. See Google, Supabase, and Lemon Squeezy privacy policies.
Account, trial, feedback, and test billing data remain until removed; automatic cleanup is not configured. Account deletion removes linked trials, feedback, checkouts, and subscriptions. Some event/refund records, provider records, backups, or legally required records may remain.
Your choices
For data access, correction, or deletion, contact elkrisdelacruz@gmail.com. No sign-in is required, but we may verify ownership. Server-side deletion does not erase local drafts; clear storage separately.
Keeword.App is operated by Elmer Kristian dela Cruz, Philippines. Data-practice changes will be reflected here before live billing begins.
